Fitness classes for WOD

Wednesday 20th October is World Osteoporosis Day. Young or old, exercise is key to ensure buff bones so join us for a range of classes for all ages - walking fitness routines like our Tai Chi range, Walkie Talkie and Line Dancing are great if you struggle to get up and down off the floor; Pilates is perfect for building up bone and muscle strength and even the kids can join in with our family funtime Line Dancing class on Saturday morning!

One other aspect of your fitness often neglected is the ability to unwind and relax and this week we have our monthly Friday Night by Candlelight Relaxation. Join us from the comfort of your armchair for a 30 minute relaxation session with a very special guest presenter.
