On October 20, 2025, Palermo will host a major initiative dedicated to bone health on the occasion of World Osteoporosis Day. The event, organized by the Red Cross Sisters of Italy – Palermo Section with the National Association of the State Police, in collaboration with CeSVoP, promoted within the co-planning table of the 1st District of the Municipality of Palermo, with the support of the District Council and Community Social Services, is part of the calendar of initiatives for "Palermo Italian Capital of Volunteering 2025."
It will be held at the "Casa Lavoro e Preghiera" Foundation of Padre Messina at Via M. Marine 1, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
