Osteoporosis Check: aumentare la consapevolezza per migliorare la Q.o.L.

The event is organized as part of the Pharos "Illuminare per Orientare" project and is aimed at the student population, teaching and administrative staff of LUISS Guido Carli. The event is also open to the general population as its primary objective is to increase the degree of awareness of osteoporosis by addressing all People of all backgrounds and all ages. The biological, psychological, social and economic impact of osteoporosis will be described and data from a survey, which will be launched online from Wednesday 7 September until Monday 17 October (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdG8wsUj0Y9q_Bx8q2lZT5XTQpX59kbd-kAr-GAnP58QsXNng/viewform) will also be presented.

Finally, the debate with the participants will be stimulated in order to 1 highlight the crucial points of osteoporosis in those who are affected or in those who have a family member who is affected. L'evento è anche aperto alla popolazione in generale poichè si propone come obbiettivo primario quello di aumentare il grado di consapevolezza sull'osteoporosi rivolgendosi a tutte le Persone di tutti gli ambiti e di tutte le età. Verrà descritto l'impatto biologico, psicologico, sociale ed economico della osteoporosi e verranno, inoltre, presentati i dati di una survey che sarà lanciata online a partire da mercoledì 7 settembre fino a lunedì 17 ottobre.
