To mark World Osteoporosis Day, Health Centre Zagreb – West, in cooperation with the Croatian Society for Endocrinology and Diabetology of the Croatian Medical Association, organized a public health event focused on the prevention and early detection of osteoporosis. The event was held on 20 October 2025 at Vrabecak 4 and was intended for individuals who had received an invitation from their general practitioner. The programme included an exercise session led by a professional kinesiologist, followed by medical examinations and consultations with an endocrinology specialist. Participants had the opportunity to learn about osteoporosis risk factors, prevention strategies, and the importance of maintaining bone health through regular physical activity and proper nutrition.
