This year the students of the foreign language Studio LingvArts in Yaroslavl, were inspired to talk about healthy bones through learning the experience of a real person, a famous Italian #Astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti who is doing a lot to promote the healthy way of life and is studying the influence of life in space on astronauts’ bones and muscles. Kids were excited to understand that they still have a lot of time to make their bones healthy as they are only 9-12 years old. We watched the video messages of Samantha Cristoforetti, and studied her biography. As our Studio has been a participant of “Healthy bones drawing contest” since 2016, we looked at our students' posters from previous years and remembered the rules of saving our bones strong with great interest. We sang a Skeleton dance song and revised parts of the body. We studied Samantha's videos about exercising and snacks in space and created our own posters osteoporosis + space))). We had a great fun and we hope Samantha will agree to have a video meeting with us some day!
