2nd World Osteoporosis Day Celebration

An event would be hosted by Lucknow Endocrine Diabetes and Thyroid Clinic in association with Diabetes Support Welfare Society and various other organisations at Shri Sachidanand Seva Nishkam Trust Old Age home and Ashram, Lucknow emphasising on the educating, assessing and screening individuals over the age of 45 for bone health. Various vital tests such as weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, thyroid test and BMD (Bone Mineral Density Scan) would be performed and the necessary treatment would be prescribed by Dr Arun Pande (DM Endocrinologist) followed by an informative session on importance of exercise and yoga in treatment of osteoporosis.
