The Endocrinology and Metabolism Research Institute (EMRI) of Tehran University of Medical Sciences is once again honored this year to organize the National Bone Health Week Campaign in collaboration with the Office for Musculoskeletal Health, Ministry of Health and Medical Education of Iran, and with the participation of more than 65 medical universities across the 31 provinces of the country.
Bone Health Week will feature a variety of activities designed to raise awareness and promote healthy lifestyles, including educational workshops, public lectures, free screening programs, distribution of brochures and posters, social media campaigns, community engagement events, and collaborative research discussions.
The program also incorporates interactive sessions with healthcare professionals, awareness walks, and media outreach to ensure the message of prevention, early detection, and management of bone-related conditions reaches a wide audience.
The campaign will be held under the slogan: “Stop the Neglect of Bone Health.” The daily schedule of the campaign is as follows:
