This year I am celebrating World Osteoporosis Day by showing how easy and fun it can be to add weight-bearing and resistance exercises to your week.
Research shows that regular physical activity is integral to a bone-healthy lifestyle. Let’s come together on Thursday, October 20th, team! Using my training as a Bone-Health Exercise Coach, we will enjoy a 30-minute class where I will show you how to create strong bones and a mobile, fracture-free future.
Free to anyone interested in learning how to move better, feel better and have fun when living with Osteoporosis or those wanting to maintain strong bones.
