Program Overview
EFF Bone Health ECHO for Fellows is a collaboration between EFF and Project ECHO that offers a monthly virtual learning platform for Endocrine Fellows who are interested in Bone Health. This is a 1-hour program that consists of lectures on relevant topics in Metabolic Bone Disease (Osteoporosis, Quality Bone Density Interpretation, Rare Bone Diseases, etc.) delivered by experts on the subject. The other part of the program provides opportunities for Fellows to engage in case presentation and discussion. The course will be guided by the core faculty (Dr. Ann Malbas, Dr. Steve Petak, Dr. Rajesh Jain, and Dr. Gillian Wooldridge) who are available to provide mentorship to Fellows looking to pursue a career in Bone Health. This program offers a venue to network with co-fellows who have similar interests, as well as leaders in the field. There is also a pathway to publication of case reports for Fellows who are interested.
Fellows must register for the iECHO platform and then complete an EFF registration form to participate. Participants with incomplete registrations will be removed from the program.
